刘梦悦,1994年出生,山东临沂人,中共预备党员,现任德州学院生物物理研究院讲师。2024年6月毕业于山东理工大学农业工程专业,博士研究生。累计发表论文多篇,相关工作发表在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Analytica Chimica Acta、Talanta、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Analytical Methods等国际专业期刊。
