个人简介:
2015年博士毕业于法国图卢兹应用科学学院,2018年加入德州学院生物物理研究院。主要利用宏基因组手段研究微生物组的结构与功能。已发表一作及通信作者SCI论文10篇。
主要研究方向:
利用宏组学分析手段,解析并挖掘水体、土壤中参与碳收支的关键微生物以及生猪等家畜/禽中与疾病密切相关的功能微生物。
研究成果:
结合转录组、蛋白质组、宏基因组等多组学分析方法对厌氧发酵产甲烷过程进行了系统分析,挖掘期中关键的微生物种类和生物过程,揭示了乙酸裂解过程在生物产甲烷中的重要地位。
