二级教授,博士生导师,山东省生物物理重点实验室主任,国务院特殊津贴专家,山东省教学名师,山东省生物物理重点学科带头人;中国生物物理学会第九届、十届、十二届理事,中国生物相分离分会委员,山东省物理学会常务理事,山东省物理学会生物物理专业委员会主任。主要从事计算生物、生物信息和生物物理技术研究,在国内外重要刊物Nature Communication、Nucleic Acids Research、Biophys J、RNA Biol、《生物物理学报》等发表论文100余篇,获得国家发明专利10多项。多次应邀参加国内外学术会议并做学术报告。主持了国家自然科学基金面上课题、联合承担国家自然科学基金重点项目和重大研究计划课题、主持山东省自然科学基金和山东省攻关计划等 10 多项。获得山东省自然科学奖二等奖1次、三等奖1次等。获得山东省黄大年式生物物理交叉创新团队、齐鲁劳动奖章等荣誉称号。
